I have a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development & Family Science from North Dakota State University and Master’s degrees in both counseling and Christian education from Sioux Falls Seminary.   I worked in long term care facilities and has significant experience in crisis intervention,  suicide intervention and working with abused adults and children. I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in the state of North Dakota with 14 years experience in the mental health field, working in anoutpatient clinic and private university counseling. I am a Master trainer in Foundations of Dementia care through the Alzheimer's Association.

Personally, I love landscape photography and collecting the stories of antique items.
