I recently opened a counseling practice of my own.  It's very exciting!  My area of speciality is trauma, adjustment, grief & loss, anxiety, depression, problem solving, stress management and generally turning life in a desired direction.

I have been a practicing professional counselor for more than 11 years.  Most recently I worked as the Counselor/Behavior Specialist for Community Bridges, a post-acute rehabilitation facility for traumatic brain injury.  Prior to that, I managed the EAP in Yellowstone National Park.

I am an endlessly curious person who loves to learn and explore - people, places, food, things.
